Clerk of Appellate Courts
The Clerk of Appellate Courts accepts filings for Supreme Court and Court of Appeals cases and provides parties with copies of court orders and opinions. All case filings should be sent to the Clerk’s Office, never to appellate judges directly. The Clerk’s Office notifies parties of any deficiencies in their filings and instructs them on how to make the necessary corrections.
